Darren John Papa, 37, of Augustus Close, St Albans. On November 17, 2013, drove in Hemel Hempstead, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 56 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. Fine, costs: £360. Banned from driving for 13 months, to be reduced by 13 weeks if approved course undertaken.
Dean Edward Corner, 41, of Newberries Avenue, Radlett. On October 29, 2013, assaulted a person by beating her; also, on same date, assaulted a second person by beating him.
