People needed for police commissioner scrutiny panel

The panel responsible for scrutinising Hertfordshire’s police and crime commissioner David Lloyd’s decisions is looking for new members.

The Police and Crime Panel (PCP) is looking for people who either live or work within Hertfordshire to serve as co-opted independent members for a four year term from February 2014.

Applicants would be expected to average one day every two months and the meetings will generally be held in evenings at locations across Hertfordshire.

The closing date for applications is January 17 and interested applicants should contact 01992 785509.
