On October 12, 2013, drove in Brakespear Avenue, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in blood was 98 milligrammes in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes. Fine, costs: £866. Banned from driving for 12 months, to be reduced by three months if approved course undertaken.
Reba Setterfield, 78, of Batchwood Drive, St Albans. In or between October 23, 2013, and October 31, 2013, assaulted a person by beating him (five seperate counts). Community order made with supervision requirement. Restraining order made. Costs: £145.
