The Met Office has issued a warning of fog for St Albans tomorrow, warning the public of the potential for difficult driving conditions and some travel disruption.

A spokesperson at the Met Office said patchy fog will form in places through Monday evening, potentially becoming more widespread overnight and into Tuesday morning.

The chief forecaster said: "Some places will not see fog, but where it forms it could be locally dense with visibility falling below 200 metres."

The warning is in place from 3am until 12pm tomorrow.
