Harpenden Youth Town Council is encouraging young people to get involved in a government programme starting next month.

The Government programme National Citizens Service, for all 16 and 17-year-olds, is coming to the district in February.

NCS aims to build teenagers’ skills for work and life, while taking on new challenges and meeting new friends.
