Radlett traffic controls to cause delays
Motorists are being warned of delays in Watling Street, Radlett, tomorrow.
Traffic controls will be in place between 09.30 and 3pm while the work takes place near Goodyers Avenue.
Ringway is responsible for the works on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council.
