Motorists are being warned of delays as part of main St Albans road is due to be closed from tomorrow.
One lane on A405 North Orbital Road, in Chiswell Green, will be shut from the old M10 roundabout to the Noke roundabout.
The lane will be closed to allow for vegetation works to take place.
The work, which is being carried out by Ringway on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council, is due to be completed on Monday.
