More rain this afternoon could result in low-level flooding in Radlett.
Although levels on the River Colne have steadied overnight, they still remain high.
The Environment Agency has warned that there is still standing water and rivers are "very sensitive" to further significant rain, which is expected this afternoon.
This could result in further flooding to lower lying land, roads and gardens next to the river. Surface water flooding can also be expected in some locations.
