On September 9, 2013, was in possession of 1.8g of cocaine, a class A drug; also, on same date, was in possession of 1g of cannabis, a class B drug; also, on same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words within the sight or hearing of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, and the offence was racially aggravated. Fine, costs: £195.
The following were convicted of being those in whose names vehicles were registered when they did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act (fine plus costs in brackets): Angelo Hatcher-Starr, of Holywell Hill, St Albans (£265); Alexander Neil McEvoy, 34, of St John’s Court, St John’s Road, Harpenden (£330); John Wall, of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn Bypass, Redbourn (£330).
