A minibus full of school children had to be rescued from three feet of water under a bridge in St Albans on Friday.
Fire crews were called to the bridge in Sandridgebury Lane after the bus became stuck because of major flooding at 8:50am.
One appliance from St Albans worked to rescue the bus for approximately an hour. No one was injured.
Later that day, fire crews rescued a male driver from under the Sandridgebury Lane bridge at 3pm.
