The Met Office has warned of more heavy rain this weekend.
The yellow warning issued today warns of the possibility of localised flooding and disruption to transport.
The Met Office’s chief forecaster said: "Yet another area of low pressure is expected to develop and move northeastwards across England and Wales during Friday afternoon and evening, clearing to the east on Saturday morning.
"The associated frontal systems will bring spells of heavy and persistent rain, especially across the southern parts of England and Wales. The rain will also be accompanied by gales.
"As is usual this far ahead, there is some uncertainty in the track of the system and therefore the location of the most intense rainfall. However, it seems likely that another period of heavy rain will affect the warning area overnight Friday and into Saturday."
This warning is issued along with the one in place for wind and rain today and Thursday.
The warning is in place from 3pm on Friday until 12pm on Saturday.
