Road closure may cause delays in St Albans
Motorists are being warned of delays in St Albans due to road works taking place today.
Russell Avenue will be closed until 6pm this evening due to works on the carriageway. The works will take place near the junction for Upton Avenue to the junction for Britton Avenue.
