Driver warned of delays due to temporary traffic lights
Drivers are being warned of delays in St Albans due to road works that begin today.
Two way traffic lights will be in place on the A5183 Radlett Road and Colney Street and digging will take place outside Winsco House.
The works are expected to take place until Tuesday, March 11.
