St Albans Cathedral will be hosting free Family Discovery mornings during the school holidays.

The mornings will combine fun filled trails packed with activities, followed by fun craft sessions.

The first event Let Your Fingers Do the Walking will take place on April 10, from 10am to 12.30pm.

Visitors can meet in the North Transept, where they can look forward to exploring different materials and textures in the Abbey with their fingers during a sensory trail.

On May 29 Where the Wild Things Are will take place from 11.30am. Children aged between 3 and 11-year-olds will meet dragons, beasts and wild animals during this trail.
