A Citizens Advice Bureau has launched a new meet and greet service, which will be staffed by volunteers.
The St Albans branch launched the service at the Civic Centre, St Albans.
Members of the public are now welcomed as they enter the Hub, and showed to the organisation best able to help, including Oaklands College, the Centre for Voluntary Service, Youth Connexions, Credit Union, and St Albans Citizens Advice Bureau.
Sarah Pretorius, who has led the initiative for St Albans Citizens Advice Bureau, said: "We are delighted to have launched this brand-new service which will help local people get to the right place much more easily. The fact that it is being run by volunteers is also fantastic."
