Free WiFi is set to come to Harpenden and St Albans railway stations as part of First Capital Connect’s (FCC) £2 million improvement plans.
During the summer WiFi will be rolled out in 17 key stations as part of FCC investment to improve services over the next six months to mark its eighth anniversary.
Other ongoing improvements include extra cleaners on trains, more customer service training for staff and extra trains leased from other operators to cover for essential heavy maintenance work.
