- Nasir Hanif, 37, of Northfield Road, Harpenden. On December 11, 2013, at St Albans station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £343.80.
- Jamie Ian Telkman, 21, of Salisbury Avenue, St Albans. On December 5, 2013, at St Albans station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £266.
- Marc Nathan Andrew Wilson, 34, of Irene Stebbings House, Central Drive, St Albans. On November 29, 2013, en route near St Albans station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £344.80.
- Melanie Dunne, 43, of Creighton Avenue, St Albans. On December 16, 2013, used a colour TV receiver without a licence. Fine, costs: £780.
