Those from the St Albans and Harpenden area dealt with by magistrates on Saturday, March 29.
- Ivan Strina, 28, of North Orbital Road, St Albans. On March 28, 2014, drove in Coursers Road, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 83 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes; also, on same date, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £500. Banned from driving for 20 months.
