A St Albans charity has been given a council grant to help get unemployed people in the city back into work.
CVS St Albans has received £3,036 from Hertfordshire County Council to support its work finding people voluntary roles, which act as a stepping stone back into employment.
The money has come from the council’s locality budget scheme.
