Fire fighters called to deliberate blaze in Wheathamstead

Firefighters and police were called to a fire in the open in Wheathamstead.

A fire crew from Wheathamstead were called at 7.40pm on Thursday to Nomansland after reports that teenagers were lighting fires.

Using a backpack sprayer the crew successfully extinguished the fire.

The fire has been listed as deliberate, and it is not clear who was responsible. No further investigations are taking place.
