A Harpenden church will host an art exhibition this month in celebration of all things creative.

St John’s Church, Harpenden hope to repeat the success of their 2011 exhibition Art @St John’s, which drew people from across the district. This year, more than 20 artists will exhibit their work to raise funds for the church.

Liz Sergeant, another artist and organiser said: "It’s a great opportunity to see the range of talent on show, enjoy the atmosphere and catch up with friends over a coffee, ‘The exhibition had a great buzz about it last time."

Rev Nicholas Anderson, St John’s newly appointed vicar said he is looking forward to the event. He said:‘We are delighted to open our doors to the wider community, and provide an opportunity for people to enjoy and share a common interest."
