Hadyn Michael Runnacles, 21, of Alexander Road, London Colney. On April 3, 2014, at London Colney, damaged Keep Left bollard belonging to Hertfordshire Highways; also, on same date, destroyed a wooden bench belonging to another; also, on same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Community order made with activity, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Compensation, costs: £225.

Catherine Bajpai, 51, of Crouch Hall Lane, Redbourn. On February 13, 2014, drove in Dunstable Road, Redbourn, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath was 115 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made with programme and supervision requirements. Costs: £147. Banned from driving for 27 months, to be reduced by 27 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Robiul Islam, 23, of Grenadier Close, St Albans. On March 8, 2014, assaulted a person by beating her; also, on same date, damaged a wooden chair, and used violence to secure entry to a premises knowing there was someone present in those premises who was opposed to said entry. Community order made with programme and supervision requirements. Fine, compensation, costs: £317.   

Frank Muwoko, of Millers Rise, St Albans. On October 9, 2013, was a person in whose name a vehicle was registered which did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act: Fine, costs: £330.
