Jade Edinburgh, 24, of Catherine Street, St Albans. On September 30, 2012, drove in Redbourn Road, Redbourn, without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £630. Five penalty points.
Jennifer Lorraine Richardson, 41, of Norris Close, London Colney. On January 15, 2014, at St Albans, entered a train for the purpose of travelling without having bought a valid ticket entitling travel. Fine, compensation, costs: £191.10.
The following were convicted of watching a colour television without a licence (fine plus costs in brackets; those marked * were dealt with in their absence): Tracy Bushby, 37, of Queens Court, Hatfield Road, St Albans (£97); *Chiara McNiff, 23, of Sandpit Lane, St Albans (£340).
