Leanne Caroline Tyler, 21, of Bricket Road, St Albans. On April 28, 2014, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Detained in courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Billy Bradbury, 21, of New Kent Road, St Albans. On April 14, 2014, stole DVDs worth £47.97 from Asda,  Hatfield; also, on same date, stole DVDS worth £91.92 from HMV, Hatfield and a Bluetooth speaker worth £12.99 from TK Maxx. Commission of further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge imposed for theft from shop. Community order made with programme, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Costs: £60.

Lisa Roseanna O’Connor, 31, of Multhouse Court, Sopwell Lane, St Albans. On March 6, 2014, drove in Cornwall Road, St Albans, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in blood was not less than 167 milligrammes in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes. Fine, costs: £215. Banned from driving for 19 months, to be reduced by 19 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Charlie William Alex Freeman, 20, of Reed Close, London Colney. On April 14, 2014, in Maynard Drive, St Albans, was in possession of a grinder of cannabis, a class B drug. Commission of further offence while subject to conditional discharge for possession of class B drug. Fine, costs: £95.

Domnica Leontie, 33, of Kings Road, London Colney. On August 30, 2013, drove without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £800. Four penalty points.
