Sylvanus Mason, 30, of Dymoke Green, St Albans. On May 1, 2014, was in possession of a small bag of cannabis, a class B drug. Fine, costs: £165.
Michele Foskett, 46, of Reed Place, Bloomfield Road, Harpenden. On January 30, 2014, en route near St Albans station, failed to hand over ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £348.90.
The following were convicted of watching a colour television without a licence (fine plus costs in brackets; those marked * were dealt with in their absence): *Vas Gog, 33, of Dellfield, St Albans (£340).
