Police were called to St Albans after two women saw more than they wanted to as a man adjusted himself at a bus stop.

After being arrested and interviewed, the 30-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead was given a police caution for outraging public decency in St Michael's Street.

Mark Clawson, detective sergeant, said: "The man did not intend to expose himself. He was very ashamed and didn’t mean to offend anyone."
