Man cautioned by police for outraging public decency at bus stop 'didn’t mean to offend anyone'

Police were called to St Albans after two women saw more than they wanted to as a man adjusted himself at a bus stop.

After being arrested and interviewed, the 30-year-old man from Hemel Hempstead was given a police caution for outraging public decency in St Michael's Street.

Mark Clawson, detective sergeant, said: "The man did not intend to expose himself. He was very ashamed and didn’t mean to offend anyone."
