Delays in St Albans due to street light maintenance
Drivers can expect congestion on a busy road in St Albans from today due to road works.
Temporary traffic lights have been installed on the A405 North Orbital Road due to street lighting maintenance, which will take place until Friday.
A lane has also been closed as Ringway, Hertfordshire County Council contractors, complete works.
