UPDATE: Man from St Albans released from police custody
A 51-year-old man from St Albans has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the death of a ten-month-old baby.
Police are currently in attendance at an address in St Albans as part of an on-going investigation by the Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit into the death of the boy.
The child died at the Lister Hospital after police and paramedics were called to a home in The Runway, Hatfield, at 10.20pm on Sunday, June 1, to reports the baby was not breathing.
A 51 year-old man from St Albans and a 37-year-old man from Hatfield have been arrested on suspicion of murder. The cause of death remains under investigation at this time.
