Luke Benjamin Nimmo, 25, of The Ridgeway, St Albans. On January 14, 2014, committed fraud in that dishonestly made a false representation, namely used a bank card, intending to make a gain of £250 for self; also, similarly, on same date, intending to make a gain of £200 for self; also, on same date, stole bank card belonging to another. Fine, costs: £293.
The following were convicted of watching a colour television without a licence (fine plus costs in brackets; those marked * were dealt with in their absence): *Sally Brown, 39, of Ladies Grove, St Albans (£340); *Alex Bukomieritsch, 34, of Bolingbrook, St Albans (£450); *Helen Pratt, 32, of Bennetts Close, Colney Heath (£450); *Jade Roope, 24, of Tingeys Close, Redbourn (£340); *Julie Stocken, 52, of Waverley Road, St Albans (£340).
