Tickets remain on sale for the 2014 Retailer of the Year awards.
All short-listed traders will be invited to attend the gala awards dinner at the Alban Arena on Monday, June 23.
And you can join them by purchasing a ticket for £6 from the Tourism Information Centre, in the Town Hall, Market Place, St Albans.
Last year Alternative Barbering Co. in George Street was announced as the year’s overall Retailer of the Year after winning the Hair and Beauty category. The evening’s first award, Specialist Shop, went to Waterstones in St Peters Street.
Up next was the Food and Drink category, presented to Hatch, in the Maltings.
John's Fabrics was named the winner of the Markets Traders category before Alternative Barbering took hair and beauty.
The 2013 Star Award, which was introduced in 2010 to reward traders that go that little bit further, went to bird seed market trader, Colin Wright.
Carousel The Handbag Boutique took the Fashion and Accessories category and L’Italiana was named the winner of the Cafes and Restaurants prize
