Man appears at St Albans Crown Court today charged with murdering his wife
A 33-year-old man appeared at St Albans Crown Court this afternoon accused of murdering his wife.
Dexter Landsberg, of no fixed address has been charged with the murder of Madina Landsberg, 31 of Filbert Close, Hatfield. He made an appearance over a video link from Bedford jail.
Judge Andrew Bright QC remanded Landsberg in custody for a plea and case management hearing on September 22 and a provisional trial date was set for December 1.
Mrs Landsberg was found unresponsive at Filbert Close last Tuesday. The case has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission following prior police contact with the victim.
