Opinions on planning and key sites in St Albans are being sought from resident and community group.
St Albans District Council is inviting groups, including Parish and Town Councils and residents’ associations to meetings to help develop a Detailed Local Plan for the city.
The meetings will take place on Monday, July 7, Tuesday, July 8 and Wednesday, July 9. They will take the form of interactive workshops around a prepared agenda to gauge the opinion of community organisations on detailed planning policy issues.
The Detailed Local Plan is made up of a suite of development management policies, site allocations and related maps. The aim is to achieve adoption of the Strategic Local Plan in November 2016 with the Detailed Local Plan adopted soon after in February 2017.
