Appeal against Radlett development plans launched

An appeal has been launched against a decision to turn down an application to replace a bungalow with a five bedroom house in Radlett.

The application to demolish the bungalow in Park Avenue was thrown out by Hertsmere Borough Council because it was not "harmonious" with the area.

The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations.
