Banned from driving for 14 months, to be reduced by 14 weeks if approved course undertaken.

Minhaz Uddin, 75, of Dellfield, St Albans. Between September 7, 2012, and February 3, 2013, dishonestly failed to promptly notify St Albans Council of change of circumstances which affected entitlement to Coun-cil Tax, namely that was abroad. Also, between May 7, 2012, and December 30, 2013, dishonestly failed to promptly notify DWP of change of circumstances which affected entitlement to Pension Credit, namely that was abroad.
