Firefighters attended two separate incidents in St Albans last night.
The first call was to an unattended bonfire on Abbey Mill Lane. Two crews from St Albans were called at 8.47pm and the fire was subsequently extinguished using a hose reel.
The second call was to a suspected fire in a derelict building in Shenley Lane, Napsbury Street - which turned out to be a false alarm.
