An appeal has been launched against a decision to turn down an application to demolish a bungalow and build three houses in St Albans.
Alex Moody has submitted the appeal against St Albans City and District Council’s refusal of planning permission in Hordle Gardens.
The council refused the permission because of the size, bulk, design, number and restricted plot sizes.
The appeal is being dealt with by written representations by the Secretary of State.
