Police have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to after an iPad was stolen on a bus.

The victim, said to be a man in his late teens from Abbots Langley, was travelling between Hatfield Business Park and Watford High Street on Friday, June 27, when he accidently left his grey iPad on the bus.

Hertfordshire Constabulary then said that another man boarded the bus at Drakes Drive, St Albans at around 5.40pm and he then put the iPad into his bag during the journey.

He then got off the bus at Hatfield Business Park.

Officers would like to speak to the pictured man as they believe he may have information about the incident.

Anyone who recognises the man or has any information about this incident should call PC Dani Howlett-Bolton on Hertfordshire Constabulary’s non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference C2/14/1324.

Alternatively call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
