A group of mums will be marching through St Albans next month to protest against changes to the NHS.

The People’s March for the NHS will travel from St Albans to Edmonton on Friday, September 5.

The campaigners are fighting to reverse the closure of NHS services, halt the privatisation of NHS care, return responsibility for delivering NHS services to the Secretary State for Health and to inform the public what is happening to the NHS and build support for the NHS."

Within just three months of launching the People's March, more than 3,000 have registered to take part.

Campaigners will meet at St Albans Town Hall at 9am on September 5. For a map of the route visit: http://999callfornhs.org.uk/st-albans/4585652086
