An appeal launched against a decision to turn down a planning application in Redbourn has been dismissed.
Mr Barnes appealed against the decision to refuse a rear vertical extract flue with proposed brick slip cladding.
The application was originally refused by St Albans City and District Council because they wanted to preserve the "special architectural" interest in the building, which is grade II listed.
