Plans for two new homes in Roundwood Lane, Harpenden, thrown out
Developers hoping to build two new houses in Harpenden have been refused.
Oakbridge homes submitted an application to St Albans District Council to build the two houses in Roundwood Lane.
The application was refused on the grounds that it would give rise to an "unneighbourly relationship" between the two new houses and with nearby properties.
The plans were also considered to be an overdevelopment.
