Those from the St Albans and Harpenden area dealt with by magistrates on Monday, June 30.

Kevin Duncan Boldison, 56, of Newlands Avenue, Radlett. On June 14, 2014, stole miscellaneous grocery items worth £742.14 from Asda, Watford. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £50.

Mazidur Muhit, 19, of North Cottages, London Colney. On February 21, 2014, entered a train at St Albans for the purpose of travelling, without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £86.10.

Penelope J Reith, 19, of Salisbury Avenue, Harpenden. On March 7, 2014, en route near Harpenden, entered a train for the purpose of travelling, without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £344.50. NOTE: This case was subsequently reopened and the offence withdrawn (August 15, 2014)

Michael Cash, 41, of Ver Meadows Caravan Site, Redbourn Bypass. On March 26, 2014, at Watford, used on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £897.50.

Robert Mark Fowler, 41, of Ver Meadows, St Albans. On February 20, 2014, at Redbourn, used on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £308.34.

Joshua Steven T Mooney, of Spencer Street, St Albans. On March 10, 2014, at Hatfield, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £310.84.

Danielle Tarren, of Watsons Walk, St Albans. On February 24, 2014, at Fleetville, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £232.50.

David Vyse, 57, of Oldfield Road, London Colney. On February 3, 2014, at London Colney, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £760.84.

Ray Philip Curtis, 53, of Hopkins Crescent, Sandridge. On February 24, 2014, at St Albans, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicensed. Fine, back duty, costs: £963.34.
