Mazidur Muhit, 19, of North Cottages, London Colney. On February 21, 2014, entered a train at St Albans for the purpose of travelling, without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £86.10.
Penelope J Reith, 19, of Salisbury Avenue, Harpenden. On March 7, 2014, en route near Harpenden, entered a train for the purpose of travelling, without having a valid ticket. Fine, compensation, costs: £344.50. NOTE: This case was subsequently reopened and the offence withdrawn (August 15, 2014)
