Bruno Apicella, 29, of High Street, London Colney. On July 8, 2014, stole a charity collection tin containing money from Premier Inn, Hatfield. Fine, costs: £155.
Charles Garo Keshishian, 32, of Shepherds Way, Harpenden. On November 29, 2013, drove in Luton Road, Harpenden, without a valid licence. Fine, costs: £305.
Jamie Benjamin Sidlin, 34, of Craigmount, Radlett. On March 20, 2013, drove in Aycliffe Road, Borehamwood, while using a hand-held telephone. Fine, costs: £305. Three penalty points.
Nasir Hanif, 37, of Northfield Road, Harpenden. On December 5, 2013, used a vehicle without insurance. Also, on same date, drove without a valid licence. Fine, costs: £945. Banned for six months.
