Plans for a new home in St Albans refused
A proposal to build a new two bedroom house in St Albans has been refused.
St Albans District Council refused the application for the house in Tavistock Avenue on the grounds of it being an overdevelopment.
The applicant was hoping to build the house in place of a former garage.
