A fitness franchise has broken the Guinness World Record for the largest high-intensity interval training class.
More than 3,000 fitness fans took part in 35 individual Glow classes across the county to break the record.
In St Albans 51 residents descended on OA Sports Pavilion to take part in the challenge – which involved taking part in a high intensity workout routine.

St Albans Glow Coach, Sandra Harnett said: “We've raised £315 for Parkinson's UK which kicks off our fundraising for the charity which we will continue to support for the next six months as it builds towards my running the Paris Marathon for them in April next year in honour of my Dad who was diagnosed with Parkinson's nearly 25 years ago.”
