St Albans has experienced torrential downpours this afternoon - after the Met Office issued a severe weather warning this morning.
The yellow warning warned of the possibility of localised flooding and disruption to transport and parts of St Albans appear to have been flooded during the hailstorm.
Several pictures have been posted on social media sites (below) that show the extent of the rain.
