Tips on crime prevention, home security and cycling safety were given to visitors at St Albans Market last week.
Representatives from Hertfordshire Constabulary, St Albans City and District Council and Hertfordshire County Council’s Fire and Rescue Service and Trading Standards team provided the safety advice from a stall they were running on Wednesday.
Leaflets on safe alcohol limits, advice on the legal limit for driving and information on the district’s drug and alcohol recovery service were also available.
