Jordan Connor Blythe, 18, of Mount Pleasant Road, Bricket Wood. On May 30, 2014, having entered as a trespasser a property in Hemel Hempstead, stole from therein a packet of cigarettes. Also, on or between June 14, 2014, and June 15, 2014, entered as a trespasser a property in Hemel Hempstead, stole from therein food products. Also, on April 7, 2014, stole a Playstation 3 belonging to another. Community order made with activity, exclusion, supervision and unpaid work requirements. Compensation, costs: £180.
Ashfaq Hussain, 23, of Dellfield, St Albans. On December 4, 2013, drove in Hatfield Road, St Albans, at 37mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £165. Three penalty points.
Andrea Cogoni, 25, of Cotlandswick, London Colney. On December 3, 2013, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £135.
Naveed Rehman, 29, of Mercers Row, St Albans. On October 14, 2011, drove in Barnet Lane, Elstree, at 40mph, the legal limit being 30mph. Fine, costs: £60. Three penalty points.
