Runners getting ready for Flamsted 10K run
Runners will descend on Flamsted later this month for the annual 10K run.
The race is organised and run by the Flamstead Pool & Play Club, based at Flamstead Village School.
There is also the option of a 1k Fun Run suitable for children.
