A mother from St Albans is holding a fitness event to raise money for charity.
Helen Kirkby is holding the event to raise money for Grove House Hospice – who look after people with life limiting illnesses - and Homestart – who look afamilies with young children.
The 48-year-old said: "Homestart were amazing when I suddenly found myself struggling as a single parent and I always said that I would do something for them when I was in a position to give back."
The event will include dance and fitness classes for both adults and children to include, Zumba, Fight Klub, Azonto, Fitsteps, Insanity and B Burlesque for adults with Zumbini, Minimoovers, Dinky Dancers and Popdance for children.
The fundraiser will take place from 10.30am on Saturday at Batchwood.
